Senior Front-End Developer

We are looking for a Frontend Developer, with strong knowledge in Typescript/JS, React JS, and Next.js. We need a react developer that can do both web and mobile development using React-Native for iOS apps.

Our customer is an American company developing projects in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry and headquartered in Los Angeles, California. It provides tools that allow everybody to train with the world's best athletes and become stronger, build mental strength, and increase mobility.

As a web developer, you will be tasked with building out our website into a full-fledged web product allowing users to learn about it, our athletes, and their programs. You are going to enable a complete user experience like training program exploration and discovery, users sign up, subscription, and account management among many more.

You will need to leverage your Webflow and JS/Typescript expertise and the ability to work effectively with other stakeholders like our UX/UI designers, product managers, other frontend and backend engineers, and our CTO.
You will be taking over responsibility for our web product from the engineering side and will be going to transform it from a static content representation to a fully dynamic web product using the latest technologies. You will be the go-to person if it comes to feature requests from the product, marketing, or customer success teams.
You will ensure our web product is state-of-the-art from a user experience side and technical side to ensure speed, reliability, accessibility, and responsiveness by integrating with third-party providers from live chat to error tracking, re-targeting to A/B testing, performance measuring to SEO optimization, and many, many more, and keep creating a premium user experience always in mind.
The team of the project is about 15 people. Among them are CTO, a backend developer, a front-end developer, a QA person, a UX/UI designer, a product manager, and a content manager. The team works in a very agile fashion.
The backend of the project is written in Python using Django. The website is already built using Webflow and its CMS. This will be maintained by the content team.

Your experience and skills:

• 3+ years of JS/Typescript, CSS, and Webflow experience
• Extensive knowledge with NextJS, React, React-Native, Vue, or similar frameworks
• Ability to transform Figma designs into responsive, flawlessly working web experiences
• Deep familiarity with distributed agile development teams in multiple time zones
• English – Upper-Intermediate

• Implement new features and functionalities for our website
• Implement beautiful UX and UI designs and animations
• Build components and get our website ready to scale
• Integrate with our Django-powered backend by leveraging NextJS
• Add new athletes, programs, and other kinds of content to the website
• Setup and maintain a state of the art CI/CD pipeline and integrate with third-party tools and services to enable a reliable infrastructure
