She develops operations strategies and communicates policies to employees. Also Yulia helps establish an HR department and develops key HR capabilities and processes to build out core teams. Yulia is known to have strong analytical, managerial and communication skills.

Alexander is an HR and recruitment professional with over 8 years of experience both local and international. His key responsibility is to oversee all the company's hiring strategies. Company's reputation, as seen in the eyes of employees, candidates and clients is his top priority. Also Alexander plans and establishes the company's employer identity, HR activities and internal communications

Alex is responsible for cultivating, maintaining and developing partnership relations within and beyond Codify. He is an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude professional who enjoys negotiating, networking and establishing win-win collaborations. Alex’s strengths include, but not limited to, HR, marketing strategy and new business development.
